Here is my program lineup! The timeline is TBD, but I will do at least 6 within the 12 months. As a member of the “Nourish Like a Mother” mentorship, you will have the opportunity to go through these programs LIVE & access them in your membership library after the program is finished - all of which is included in your membership. I will allow people outside of the mentorship to buy a program as I launch it or a past program afterward, but the price point will be much higher than what NLM members get within their mentorship cost.

  2. Structure to support: what should I eat and how do I create balanced meals?

  3. Prepare with ease: meal prep strategies

  4. Nourish off of the plate: areas aside from nutrition that play a role

  5. Assess your “yes”: get real with your commitment load so you can manage your time & energy while feeling fulfilled 

  6. Restore resilience: lowering the toxic load & helping your body combat stress

  7. Move with intention: structure your fitness in a way that’s best for your body in this season

  8. Birth with peace: moving through mental/emotional/spiritual barriers so you can feel peace leading up to birth

  9. Get prepped for postpartum: what you NEED (healing, nourishment, and support)

  10. Release the weight: weight management 101 - mom style

  11. The energizer mama: different things (aside from sleep) that can affect your energy levels
