Hi friend! My name is Tayler, if I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you yet. I am a women’s health coach with a focus on integrative nutrition + personal training. My mission is to help you nourish your body in a way that supports God’s design, creates longevity, and allows you to do the things you love without thinking twice about it. I have 6 years of practice under my belt and it is truly an honor to be a part of each client’s journey. When you become a client of mine you are not just supporting my family, you BECOME family. Health Coaching

After a few hard years of healing from hypothyroidism, getting a cycle back after birth control, and restoring my fertility I was able to get pregnant for the first time. I had put my knowledge to use in this healing journey, but I still had that voice in the back of my mind questioning if what I did would be enough to carry a baby to term. I had the most amazing experience with pregnancy, birth, and healing postpartum. I was completely amazed at how nourished, calm, and confident I felt in each of those stages. My main passion in my career now is to help women who are in the years leading up to pregnancy, currently pregnant, or in the postpartum years to understand their bodies & know how to nourish them well. My “Freedom Foundations” course covers this, but in a season where time and energy are limited, sometimes we are at max capacity and can’t take on a new learning journey by ourselves. Having a coach to provide the resources and meet with you on regular basis to help you understand what your body is telling you and adjust movement, nutrition, and habits accordingly will be groundbreaking. It will allow you to create safety in your body and support your little one, regardless of what stage you are in. Believe it or not, your nourishment in the years leading up to pregnancy will play a huge role in how you feel throughout pregnancy + postpartum & the health of your baby. I would be honored to come alongside you in one of the most beautiful and empowering seasons of life. Coaching Packages (with a complimentary discovery call)

A health coaching package includes 1 free 30-minute discovery call, followed up by the alloted number of 45-minute health coaching calls that you have purchased. In each call, we will dive into the area(s) of health that you feel need attention. I will help you identify changes that will benefit you most, root cause(s) that are preventing you from finding freedom in an area, and action steps based off of your current capacity.

  • I offer 3 & 6 Session Packages

One-off Bookings

While I recommend a package, this is a great option for returning clients who just need to book a follow-up call or a new client who wants to see what a health coaching session would look like before purchasing a package

  • You can book a 30 or 60 min call

Fitness Training & Nutrition

Personal Training

If you are very committed to reaching a goal with your health and fitness but need someone else to take the reins for you, provide real-time form cues, or ensure that you are getting the most out of your workouts, personal training is a great option! The 1:1 guidance and mentorship ensure that you are progressing in a way that’s best for your body and your goals! A progressive fitness routine and macro breakdown that is customized to your goals will take the overwhelm and guesswork out of the equation! I offer 1:1 & 2:1 (buddy) training packages - online or in person. I have limited availability for personal training clients.   • General workout recommendation outside of sessions (frequency, focuses, & duration)

    • Individualized macro target or written workouts available as an add on to improve results

  • Biweekly (20 minute) check-in call

Written Plans

I offer written workout and/or macro plans. This is a great option if you want the guidance but don’t need the real time instruction. Your workouts will be programmed to help you reach your individual goals, taking into consideration your access to equipment, duration

Group Fitness Classes

Come take group fitness classes with me at Vie Athletics. Even as a trainier, there are some seasons of my fitness journey where I just need to be immersed in community and hand over the motivation roll. Group fitness classes are exactly what I need to stay consistent and feel uplifted in those seasons. Our studios are women only & it is such an empowering and welcoming space. Online Course

“Freedom Foundations” Women’s Health Course

On my health journey, I have faced unexplained food sensitivities, endometriosis, difficulty maintaining weight even as a competitive athlete, chronic stress and anxiety, hypothyroidism, and infertility. The only solutions I was offered were cutting out food groups, getting on birth control, eating in a deficit, and getting on medication. As I furthered my education, did my own research, and stepped into my career, I discovered that each of those things contributed to the problems instead of solving them. After years of simple lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness adjustments, I no longer have the food sensitivities or gut issues that used to make every day feel like an uphill battle and social outings feel exhausting… I now have a regular, pain-free menstrual cycle… I have reached the point of healing in my body where I can effortlessly maintain a healthy weight/body composition without excessive focus on calories in vs calories out… I have successfully conceived for the first time and had the most amazing experience during pregnancy, and I can manage my stress and live anxiety-free (no medication needed). This propelled me into my work in women’s health & got me started with my metabolic health group coaching programs.
